Fans of unfiltered apple juice will certainly go nuts for our newest addition to our jelly category. The perfect blend of a sweet apple with just enough tartness that'll have you adding just a slightly thicker layer of spread on your morning toast or muffins.

This recipe uses only freshly pressed and unfiltered gala apple juice, pure cane sugar, a little citrus pectin to aid in gelling in this magical combination.
