Wine grapes are your usual farmers market find and trying to locate a wine grape grower that hasn't already overcommitted their crop isn't easy either. So, when we were given the opportunity to work with coastside Grenache wine grapes this year, we said "yes, please!"

While still retaining the same sweet grape flavor that a traditional concord grape jam would have, the grenache grape skins impart a good amount of tannins that add a bit of complexity to this new wonderful addition to our line-up. 

Our delicious jam starts with Grenache wine grapes from the San Luis Obispo, CA. To the mix, we add pure cane sugar, a little citrus pectin for added gelling and a generous splash of freshly squeezed lemon juice for a little zing to the flavor in this magically intoxicating combination, just without the wine, of course...
