Poached pear dessert lovers, this one’s for you. We’ve taken everything you love about that elegant classic and transformed it into a jam—complete with a stunning red hue that looks as good as it tastes.
We start with hand-selected fresh pears, then soak them in our favorite Cabernet Sauvignon for 48 hours to let them soak up all that deep color and rich, fruity flavor. From there, we gently cook them down with pure cane sugar, a dash of cinnamon and cardamom, and just enough citrus pectin to bring it all together.
The result is a lush, wine-kissed jam with warming spice and a smooth finish. Perfect on a cheese board, layered into pastries, or simply spooned onto toast when you’re feeling a little fancy.
