Our Strawberry Guava Mint Jam combines fresh California strawberries with tropical pink guava purée and a touch of peppermint for a flavor that’s bright, fruity, and refreshingly unique.
We cook it down with pure cane sugar, finely chopped mint, and a bit of citrus pectin to create a smooth, jammy texture that’s perfect for toast, cheese boards, or bringing a little island flair to your favorite baked goods.
