Wine grapes aren’t something you usually find at the farmers market—and finding a grower who hasn’t already committed their crop? Even tougher. So when one of our winery partners in Healdsburg, CA offered up a batch of Zinfandel grapes, we jumped at the chance.
Zinfandel grapes bring a deep, jammy sweetness with just the right touch of spice and tannin, making this a bold and complex take on the traditional grape jam. It’s rich, fruit-forward, and made for everything from PB&Js to a sharp cheese pairing.
We make it with hand-picked Zinfandel wine grapes, pure cane sugar, and a bit of citrus pectin for a smooth, spreadable finish—no wine added, just all the vineyard flavor you could want in a jar.
