Apricots and healthy helping of Brandy go together like peas in a pod. Make it into a jam and you have the stuff of legends!! Despite the alcohol cooking off in the process, we like to make sure to add enough booze that the Brandy leaves its flavor behind. Whether it's for a cookie filling or just a little zing to your morning toast, we are sure this will quickly become a jar you frequently reach for.
Our delicious jam starts with Patterson apricots from the Fresno Valley paired with some brandy. To the mix, we add pure cane sugar, a little citrus pectin for added gelling and a generous splash of freshly squeezed lemon juice for a little zing to the flavor in this magically intoxicating combination.
