Because our food items are perishable, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened or unopened food products. This policy ensures the integrity and safety of all our handmade preserves, syrups, and other edible goods.
If there’s ever an issue with your order—such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product—please contact us within 7 days of delivery at pablo@smallbatchjamco.com and we’ll do our best to make it right. Photos of the product and packaging may be requested to help us assess the situation.
Non-food merchandise (such as apparel, kitchenware, or gifts) may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To start a return or exchange, email us at pablo@smallbatchjamco.com with your order number and the reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
