We were late to the fig jam party, but after a steady stream of requests, we finally gave in… and we’re so glad we did.

This blend starts with mellow green Kadota figs from California’s Santa Clara Valley, known for their rich, caramel-like flavor. We brighten things up with fresh orange juice and finish it with a touch of golden wildflower honey for subtle floral warmth. The result is layered, earthy-sweet, and just citrusy enough to keep things lively—without ever watering down the jam’s texture.
