Huckleberry Jam - Reserve Collection

Right after Marionberry and Olallieberry, Huckleberry is hands-down one of our most requested fruits. With so many varieties out there, we chose to start with wild coastal huckleberries—and let’s just say, it’s been a HUGE hit.

These berries look a lot like wild blueberries but bring a punchier tartness and a totally unique flavor that sets them apart. Our jam is lightly seeded for texture, sweetened just enough to preserve the fruit, and made to let that bold, brambly flavor shine.

We source the berries from a Washington grower who ships them to us individually quick frozen in dry ice—next-day delivery, no shortcuts. Then we cook them down with pure cane sugar and a bit of citrus pectin to get that perfect spoonable texture.

This jam is part of our Reserve Collection—a small batch series inspired by customer requests and made with premium fruit that’s harder to find and more work to process. You’ll taste the difference.
