One of the best parts of working craft fairs is getting to talk with customers—and when we hear the same flavor request again and again, we know it’s time to make it happen. After lots of calls for a fig jam fit for cheese boards and hors d’oeuvres, we got to work. The result? Mission Fig Rosemary Jam.
Made with sweet black Mission figs from Santa Clara County and fresh-cut local rosemary, this jam hits that perfect sweet-savory balance. It’s rich, earthy, and aromatic, designed with cheese pairings in mind—brie, chèvre, aged cheddar… take your pick.
We slow-cook the figs with pure cane sugar, fresh rosemary, and a touch of citrus pectin to create a jam that’s spoonable and deeply flavorful. Whether on crostini, tucked into a baked brie, or paired with cured meats, this one’s a crowd-pleaser.
