Our pineapple cinnamon jam was inspired by the popular abacaxi grelhado served at Brazilian steakhouses, which is grilled pineapple slices coated in cinnamon sugar. It is typically served as both a palate cleanser and dessert, which quickly caught the attention of Pablo (our founder and jam maker), who decided to convert it into a jam!
Our recipe uses pineapple tidbits for additional texture alongside the warm cinnamon notes for something that can only be described as a tropical holiday vacation in a jar!
