With the San Joaquin Valley producing nearly 60% of the nation’s peaches, we’re lucky to be surrounded by an incredible variety of stone fruit come early May. My personal favorite? Hands down, the yellow freestone. The flesh comes clean off the pit, and the natural sweetness makes it perfect for lower-sugar recipes without sacrificing flavor—or shelf life.

Our Yellow Peach Jam is all about pure, intense peach flavor. It’s thick, fruit-forward, and wonderfully versatile—ideal as an ice cream topping, a glaze for pork or chicken, or simply slathered on a warm biscuit.
