This small batch apple butter starts with fresh, locally sourced Gravenstein apples—handpicked from Sebastopol orchards at peak ripeness. We slow-cook them down with pure cane sugar, a dash of cinnamon, and a bit of citrus pectin to get that smooth, velvety texture you expect from a classic fruit butter.
