Lisbon Lemon Jam

We’ve always loved working with Lisbon lemons—they usually head straight into our lemon jelly, but we thought… why should jelly get all the fun?

So we gave things a twist and cooked up this jam version instead. It’s got all the tartness and brightness of our classic lemon jelly, but with a little more bite and texture thanks to the fruit itself.

Made with fresh Lisbon lemons, pure cane sugar, and a touch of citrus pectin to bring it all together, this jam is bold, citrusy, and unapologetically zippy. Try it with goat cheese, stirred into yogurt, or as a punchy layer in baked goods.
