We love working with Lisbon lemons and they usually end up going to our lemon jelly production. Then we got to thinking, "why should the jelly get all the fun?" So, we gave it a little twist and we present you with our Eureka lemon jam. All the tartness and brightness of our popular lemon jelly with a bit more tang.
This recipe uses only Lsibon lemons, pure cane sugar and a little citrus pectin to aid in gelling in this magical combination.
