This decadent flavor combination came by way of a request at one of my local craft fairs from a huge fan. After just a single test batch, I knew that this would be a keeper!!
Our delicious raspberry champagne jam is great for anything from bumping your PB&J up a notch to dressing a nice cheese. Our recipe uses only fresh raspberries, extra dry champagne, pure cane sugar, a little citrus pectin for help gelling and a generous splash of freshly squeezed lemon juice for a little zing to the flavor in this decadent combination.
