Next to our Strawberry Rhubarb, we have been asked for a plain rhubarb almost just as much. But why live on the dull side of things? A little ginger always perks things up and gets you hopping!!
Our delicious rhubarb ginger jam is great for anything from bumping your PB&J up a notch to dressing a nice cheese. Our recipe uses only rhubarb, pure cane sugar, a bit of ginger puree, a little citrus pectin for help gelling and a generous splash of freshly squeezed lemon juice for a little zing to the flavor in this decadent combination.
