Our delicious and chunky Shiro Plum jam has the skins left in for added texture and is great for just about anything. We start with fresh picked Shiro plums from Watsonville, CA that were hand selected and cleaned from a trusted stone fruit orchard. Our recipe uses only fresh plums, fresh squeezed lemon juice, a bit of citrus pectin to help it set and pure cane sugar in this delightful combination that screams summer harvest. Enjoy!!
