We love nectarines! We also love getting tipped off by our favorite growers when they have something worth considering as a new jam offering. Let's just say that it didn't take a lot of arm twisting to get this into production ASAP.
A truly unique nectarine with soft and sweet notes that we are very fortunate to have stumbled across thanks to our favorite stone fruit growers in Reedley, CA, the fine folks at Galpin Family Farms.
Our delicious jam starts with these White Nectarines from the Fresno Valley. To the mix, we add pure cane sugar, a little citrus pectin for added gelling and a generous splash of freshly squeezed lemon juice for a little zing to the flavor in this magically intoxicating combination.
