Our wonderfully refreshing elderflower jelly is a aromatic elderflower experience packed with the added texture of the elderflowers and a hint of citrus to round it out.
Our recipe uses only freshly picked elderflowers, pure cane sugar, a little citrus pectin to aid in gelling and a generous splash of freshly squeezed lemon juice for a little zing to the flavor in this magical combination.
