Made with tart Seville sour oranges and a generous splash of good whiskey, this marmalade is bold, citrusy, and just the right amount of boozy. We leave in long slivers of peel for texture and cook it all down to a rich, chunky spread that hits all the right notes.

We start with fresh-picked Seville oranges from trusted growers, then blend them with pure cane sugar, Irish whiskey, and a bit of citrus pectin to bring it all together. Perfect on toast, with sharp cheese, or added to your next charcuterie board for a grown-up twist on tradition.
