This blend was inspired by a dear friend from Italy who grew up eating cotogna (quince) and lemon jam, and after a little experimenting, we understood exactly why it was a favorite.
This marmalade has a soft, spoonable texture with just the right amount of Meyer lemon peel for bite and brightness. The floral, slightly tart flavor of quince pairs beautifully with the citrus, making it perfect for tea service, cheese boards, or simply slathered on a warm scone.
We make it with hand-selected quince and Meyer lemons from trusted organic growers, then cook them down with pure cane sugar and a touch of citrus pectin to bring everything together.
