It’s perfect anywhere you’d reach for lemon: spread on toast, stirred into yogurt, or added to hot water for a traditional yuzu honey tea. The wildflower honey softens the citrus’s natural punch without dimming its brightness.
We make it with hand-selected California-grown yuzu, wildflower honey, pure cane sugar, and a bit of citrus pectin to give it that perfect marmalade set.
