Our Asian Pear Jasmine Jam is made with the highest quality of asian pears, sourced locally at The Pacifica Gardens, combined with the delicate floral sweetness of jasmine. Started in 2008, the garden is made possible by the combined efforts of many committed volunteers, local donors, and grant organizations. Becoming a full-fledged registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in 2014 has further enabled Pacifica Gardens to pursue its mission... Educate • Cultivate • Inspire the community to grow food locally.

We start with only fresh asian pears that were hand selected and cleaned by some of our favorite Pacifica Gardens volunteers. Our recipe uses only asian pears, pure cane sugar, a little citrus pectin for gelling, whole dried jasmine and a generous splash of freshly squeezed lemon juice for a little zing to the flavor in this magical combination.
