Enjoy the sweet and savory combination of Blackberry Bourbon Jam. Made with real blackberries and the smooth taste of bourbon, this delightfully unique jam is perfect for topping toast, waffles and pancakes.
We start with only fresh picked berries that were hand selected and cleaned from either local growers at the farmers markets or from one of many local u-pick berry farms. Our recipe uses only fresh blackberries, pure cane sugar, a bottle of bourbon, a little citrus pectin for help with gelling and a generous splash of freshly squeezed lemon juice for a little zing to the flavor in this magical combination.
