Fig Brandy Jam


Our delicious Fig Brandy Jam features mission figs from Santa Clara County with brandy that imparts a caramel sweetness that pairs great for just about any PB&J, topping or flavorful cheese. The recipe uses only fresh figs, pure cane sugar, brandy, a little citrus pectin for added gelling and a generous splash of freshly squeezed lemon juice for a little zing to the flavor in this magical combination.
