Lime Tequila Jam

When life gives you limes… you make a margarita. And then you make it spreadable.

We love everything about limes, so we took that bright, zesty flavor, added a splash of tequila and created a jam that’s equal parts playful and punchy.

Made with freshly squeezed lime juice and zest, pure cane sugar, tequila, and a little citrus pectin to help it all come together, this jam is basically a margarita in a jar.

Try it as a glaze for grilled shrimp or chicken, spooned over cream cheese with crackers, or spread on a scone for a cheeky brunch twist. Salt rim optional.
