Loganberry Jam - Reserve Collection

Accidentally created in 1881 by Judge James Harvey Logan in Santa Cruz, the loganberry was an early attempt to engineer the perfect hybrid between a blackberry and a raspberry. They have the tang of raspberries with a deep and sweet blackberry finish, along with their iconic tartness that’s hard to beat.

While these are the same hybrid blend as the tayberry, their flavor palettes are quite different on the sweet-tart spectrum, with this one being on the tart side. While it wasn't what James Logan intended for, the loganberry has paved the way for some of our favorite berries, such as the Olallieberry and Marionberry, because the loganberry is one of the parent hybrids for them!

Our jam is lightly seeded for texture and sweetened just enough to let the berries do the talking. It’s bright, bold, and right at home in a PB&J, over ice cream, or straight from the spoon.

Our loganberry jam is part of our Reserve Collection, which is our small batch series made from premium fruit that takes a little more work to find, but it's oh so delicious!
