Our delicious loquats come to us from the Fresno valley where they are grown for specialty and farmers markets to be sold as a premium fruit to those that covet them.
Our recipe uses only fresh loquats, pure cane sugar and a generous splash of freshly squeezed lemon juice for a little zing to the flavor in this magical combination.
