Our delicious Rainier Cherry jam starts with Fresno Valley cherries that have a good sweet and tart balance that pairs great for just about any flavorful cheese or on duck, lamb or deer. The recipe uses only fresh rainier cherries, pure cane sugar, a little citrus pectin for added gelling and a generous splash of freshly squeezed lemon juice for a little zing to the flavor in this magical combination.
