Strawberry Lavender Jam

This fragrant jam blends the sweet brightness of fresh-picked strawberries with the calming floral notes of sun-dried, locally grown lavender—creating a truly magical pairing.

Our Strawberry Lavender Jam is made with hand-selected strawberries, carefully dried culinary lavender, pure cane sugar, and a touch of citrus pectin to bring it all together. The lavender adds a gentle aromatic note throughout, with the occasional dried bud delivering an extra burst of flavor.

For this shoot, we filled buttery shortbread cookies with the jam—and yes, they were just as perfect with a cup of black Ceylon tea as they look. Elegant, floral, and just the right amount of sweet, it’s a jam that begs for tea time (but plays just as well on toast or pastries).
